State of the Nation - by George. We Now Know What They're Up To!

New topic maybe?  (VOC is opening a new topic as suggested.)

It is apparent we have not need of a Judicial Branch of government at MCN.

The Business, Finance & Judicial Committee of the National Council will fullfill those duties.

The only capacity the Legislature has now is to vote how Mekko Tiger tells them to vote, mainly to handle the unpopular topics that Mekko Tiger wants to stay neutral on (I didn't do it, the Legislature did it.)

The gaming communities are surely happy this morning because now they will get their 50% split of gaming revenue at their casinos with the promise of 100%.

Mekko Tiger is very TRANSPARENT (as he says) on the issue of Red Clay Casino in Broken Arrow. He agrees with it being built only to serve a very small group of Creeks. Mekko likes to make small groups of people happy.

What about Hannah Community? Do they continue to break their backs gardening? Or do they get their own casino like the Kialegee Tribe or the Yucchi (Duck Creek) Tribe? Mekko Tiger should remember that there are 44 Tribal Towns and we all want our own casino.

He has called a meeting with community leaders and every community leader should attend and DEMAND the same treatment Mekko Tiger affords the gaming communities and Kialegee Tribe.

Don't know about all that stuff, but I'm glad about the "tribal honor system" for not clocking in and out at work.
Chief Tiger says we are equal to him and that we don't clock in and out anymore.
If I have a date on my lunch hour or stay home because I overworked on the weekend it's okay. I'm an adult and what I believe to necessary is the way it is.
I used to have to worry if I went shopping for to long but now life at the tribe is great.
Creek Nation's time is my time and that is the way it should be.
It's like everyone is on salary now, just like the directors and chief.

Creek Nation time huh! Well called one of the clinics last week at 8:30am went to VM, called back left a message no one returned the call by the 3rd day. Finally reached someone in administration and said they would get back.....1 week later - still no return call back. So are people working? Many of you could not function in the real world. You want to shop, sleep in, take a smoke break do on your time NOT CN Citizen time. The Tribe needs to function like a real business with employees who want to work, come to work and get the work done! Get it WORK.....that is what you are PAID for!

that is so true, professionalism is not one of the traits of most creek nation workers, managers included. i wonder who will get caught at the casino during working hours this time? only ones that dislike the time clock is the ones abusing it.

LOL, It must be nice not to have to worry about clocking in your department. But i have a few friends that still have to clock in and out. tell there mgr. what they are doing where they are going at all times. They also must do a daily log sheet to prove that they are working. allot of the people at this department are really good friends but now they are treated like pre-k students. One of the mgrs supervisors rides around constantly checking on these guys. what Chief Tiger said about looking over the shoulders of employees sounded good but
      it doest apply to all.

Don't know about all this stuff but it's about time to have the "honor system" for hourly employees at the tribe. No more clocking in and out.
Chief Tiger says we are all adults and should be treated equally.
Now all employees and can decide if they want a late lunch or go shopping, or take the day off.
    It's about time.

Has there been a change in the revenue sharing in the casinos located in the communities? Was this something that was voted on by the NC.

you have too many question in your comments, what you need to understand is that Chief Tiger has only been officially Chief for about a month. What about we give him and the NC some time to address these issues. okay? You make too much assumption on very few facts (?)

What all these "leaders" need to do is get the Lead out of their collective butts and get some improvements started for the citizens of this great tribe that are sick and tired of waiting. O thats right were on indian time. If they were working in the real world and had just gotten the most important job in the company what do you think would happen if they needed more than a month to get started??? You need to sing that song to another crowd!!!

Chief Tiger has had 12 years to prepare for his reign.
Wonder how he's going to get a good tobacco compact when the State of OK says MCN owes them $50,000,000 in back taxes. By the way, Chief Tiger stopped the tobacco compact when he was Speaker of the NC. Now he owns the NC & Judicial. Don't think that will help him when the state wants their money.

there is not a real leader in the bunch. they don't have a clue where to start improving the nation. if old George stays true to his ways then he is looking at filling his pockets with ill gotten booty before anyone knows its gone. we are in a heap of trouble and this regime is not the way out. i truly believe a man can change his ways though but can a tiger change his strips. let's hope so. PRAY!

Divide 2080 (the number of work hours in a year) by someone’s yearly salary will show someone’s hourly rate of pay. George Tiger makes $150,000 a year. If you divide that amount with the number of work hours in a year will show that he makes $72.00 an hour, or $572.00 a day. To date, George Tiger has made a cool $10,000.

    Dear Muscogee (Creek) Nation Citizens,
After a short brief visit out of the country, I am sorry to see that this tribe has gone from a strong confederacy to a group of wannabes, deadbeats, helpless, and above all, cowardous thieves bent on destroying freedom and liberty for the people.
I attend the State of the Nation and heard nothing but lies and cons. Not once, did I hear the administration or any member of the National Council, stand up and state that the sole intention of the tribal government is to protect, support, or embrace the tribal citizens and the government that stands. All I heard was vicious attacks on the Legislative Branch becaue of unfair rulings, and staged applauds. Yes, Mr. Tiger, my cousin was handed one of your very poorly written speechs and told to applaud at certain times.

It is with the intent of this letter not to continue bashing or hating on any particular member but all those who stand for corruption, greed, dishonesty, and disloyalty. To those who seek justice, believe in the people, and believe in good, this letter is for you.

Be it that in one year, members of the National Council will be running for election and ,in some cases, reelection. Therefore, I decreed to you, that any member of the current National Council who seeks reelection, I will with all my power, both financially and willfully, fight against your reelection.
To Johnson, LaGrone, Ridge, Alexander, Medina, Thomas, Yahola, and Wind, I hope that you've enjoyed your time on this council. I bet you all the tea in China that your bags will be packed and I will personally hold your car door open when you are not reelected. In fact, I will personally shake their hand and thank them for serving on our National Council.

To anyone who is serious about having an effective government and seeing to it that everyone in our tribe is taken care of, I now speak to you. Anyone, who is loyal, honest and hardworking, that may be interested in seeking to replace those who I pointed out above, I implore you to stand up and seek those who will be a good leader.

One year from now, I hope that you begin looking for and have found those leaders. If you haven't then it won't be long until the government and tribe cease to exist.

As far as our friends Mr. Tiger and Mr. Barnett are concerned, in four years, I will see to it that they have caused enough damage that they will not seek reelection. I will be watching their every move.

    Phillipians 4:12-13
"I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. I can do all things through him who strengthens me."

I leave you in good peace, dear friends.

I was not at the state of the nation speech last month, but knowing Tiger, Barnett and their NC I believe every word you said.

Stooping as low as to hand people applause cards like the talk show host george is, only tells us that their truly is no hope for our nation.

But, the MAJORITY of votes were cast for these cads, or were they?
