Marcy fired them. LOL, she's gets appointed to be the Acting AG for 30 days and fires two Assistant AG's within the first few days of her appointment. Reply to this
Get your facts. The comment you are responding to says THEY took themselves out. That probably means they QUIT. You don't know anymore than we do. In the end, it doesn't matter, does it, if they're gone. Reply to this
It is a documented fact they were FIRED. The first official act of the new AG. It probably matters to THEM that they're gone. Reply to this

The statement was don't know if they took themselves out or terminated, that's not a definite fact. In my rumor net, Marcy dropped the axe on those too, the Hatchet woman has arrived. Another question, how active is Marcy Moore with the Creek people and how well has she done as an AG subordinate, we don't know. Reply to this

Second, what this is, truly, is yet another lawsuit that will end up with some party or the other asking the federal courts to stick their noses into tribal governmental business. So much for any idea of preserving tribal sovereignty.....
Third, they claim to authorize a lawsuit in the tribal courts......but they don't recognize Judge Moore as currently constituting the tribal district court, right? So just which court do they think is going to take this issue on?
It's all just one more power play to the detriment of tribal interests in favor of individuals' interests. Sad. Reply to this

Just heard today that the Acting A. G. Marcy Moore was no longer in that position as of last Friday.
Hey, to someone in the know. Is this a rumor or is it true? If true, who did what to whom? And what does the tribe do now? Crazy.
