           Fact 4(b): What the AG found was that he could not follow the Constitution of this Nation, he found that he could/would not follow the orders of the Supreme Court and he also found that there may be greener pastures as the Attorney of the National Council. Finally, he found out that he could not or would not prosecute anybody that may have embezzled monies from this Nation. He, in fact, has made the statement he is not a Prosecutor and thats a fact!
           
           Fact 5: Cozzoni knew nothing, that was her problem. She was just another non-indian that sat around and drew a paycheck. Her and Wiley, are the most in-competent and un-ethical attorneys that have worked for this nation and that includes a long list of former attornies. As far as the reason for Cozzoni getting fired, I'm not sure that she was. She may have resigned on her own because she knew that she had constantly made disparaging remarks about the interim AG. Good riddance!
           
           Fact 6: The lighthorse chief is in an interim position, as is the AG and the District Court Judge. They are in that position because the National Council wants to keep the Nation down and under their thumbs. They want their "people" in key positions of this Nation. Actually they want to ruin, I mean run, this Nation. How do you know the process of hiring and firing of officers are not being followed? Did a terminated officer tell ya so?
           
           Your final question in your comments is "do you want me to go on?" Yes I do, please go on down the road and don't look back.
           
           P.S. Fact 5 addition: The Chief is not hiding anything, he's been doing his job and that is to protect the sovereignty of this Nation and protect the funds that should benefit ALL Creek citizens.
           
           Come back with ACTUAL facts, and not second and third hand information, and I will retract my comments. Have a good day. Mvto!

     Received the Little MCN Newsletter today and Barnett is listed as a Bristow Comm. Member who needs to update his 'mailing' address. How about his residence address too? There is a case for the AG here somewhere. (Tiger isn't listed so he probably does live in Bristow.) Therefore, the list must only be for those with no addresses in the BIC boundaries.

  I think that the A.G. should investigate River Spirit Casino to find out why it is not making the money it should. My reasons are I have personally worked there and I have seen the misconduct of money (which is the tribes money) I have seen employees that were unqualified for the position be promoted based on the fact that they have each others back. My question for the A.G. and the Creek citizens is, don't you want to know where the money is going. The VIP lounge is a waste of Creek Money. The VIP's are not happy with the activity that goes on in there. What about the $20,000 rug that was bought to be placed underneath the table these people eat off and spill their drinks and drop their food. Couldn't that money have been spent more carefully. And where is the rug today? $20,000 could have helped a lot of citizens. How about the salaries the hosts are being paid to bring in more customers, and more money. The host in place have no concept of selling the idea of entertainment. They show up for work and receive a check. Except for Amanda Reed, she has been brought before the GOAB for having sexual relations with the VIPs. This is no way to run a business. What about her DUIs. Does she not fall under the same rules as other employees? A.G. and citizens, look it up on the Oklahoma website, it will give you the dates of her DUI. Once again, this is Creek Money being spent on a non-Creek to support her habits. Follow the rules, eliminate a problem and increase the revenue of the Nation by hiring someone that is capable of selling the establishment as a great place to spend some time. A.G. go in and look at the reports for each hosts and tell the Nation who is actually earning their paychecks, and how many are Creek Citizens. A.G. check on the hiring practices within River Spirit Casino. The casino has a handbook, why don't they follow the rules of the handbook? When a job is vacant it is supposed to be posted on the board and everyone is to have the opportunity to bid on that job. Lately the jobs are not being posted, check into it! Tiffany Ellis left the casino to work for Creek Nation and she did not work for long before she went back to RSC in the same capacity she was in before she left. Shouldn't that job have been posted. How amazing it is to not have to worry about a job. I challenge you, A.G. and citizens to find out differently on my accusation. This is what I think the A.G. should investigate!

Never mind that just go for broke investigate all the departments and groups in the RSC. No one in that place is playing by the rules. You can find many people and talk to them in private and someone will let you know the things that go on behind everyone's back. The department leaders go in and make sure that they tell each department who is coming in today if you are important. There are things that do need to be looked in to. Have fun I wish you all the beset of luck. By the way I am a well qualified Creek who was fired because I stood up for myself. Good luck to the AG, the Chief and all the creeks who I know have been done wrong by the people running the RSC.

           If there are only 5 employees, then some of this space should be shared with a couple of other departments. Especially the Tax Commission. Ms Johnson and her department need to be on the property where they can be summarily observed. Maybe then we would know how many hours she does work at the office, also some of her employees. It has been stated before by the Chief that he would bring the Commission's offices onto the complex. When?

  He is on the agenda of Community Services & Cultural Committee tonite (9/21/10) after the 6:30pm Planning Session meeting.
