The heating and air conditioning in the Housing building are the most substandard systems I've ever experienced. Is it any wonder most of the employees are sick and hacking most of the time (aside from the cigarettes)? MCN please, please, please for the health of your employees either 1) hire architects, builders, engineers that actually know how to plan and design buildings for actual occupancy and 2) hire construction managers that can provide adequate oversight to the actual construction. I'm tired of birds, maggots, crickets and other crap literally falling out of the ceiling tiles in our offices.

Think of how some housing recipients feel when they moved into a new home that also leaks, heating system doesn't work the way it should. foundation begins to crack after a few months etc.
No they don't even have inspectors that know what to look for they just sign off on the work of inadequate construction contractors.
they get paid and go on to build another poor housing. I agree hire people that know what they are doing and not family members
that don't know diddely.

Just read in latest MCN-MNN paper that the elder housing doesn't have telephone service yet. I have read before that its been many months since it was promised to them. Whos' responsibility is this? Is it the telephone service or is it the MCN? Its disgraceful that they are the ones that have been singled out to be omitted from this service. WHO?
